Barnes Construction — Est. 1996
Our Story
The Barnes name has been synonymous with quality masonry veneers for more than thirty years — built on craft, resilience, and determination.
Founded by Brian Barnes and Tommy Barnes outside Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1996, the Barnes name has been synonymous with quality masonry veneers for more than thirty years. When the 2008 recession hit Michigan harder than most, Brian made the difficult decision to relocate the company to Colorado. He arrived with a small trailer of equipment and a determination to rebuild something even stronger than the company he was forced to leave behind.
Nearly two decades later, Barnes has grown far beyond its roots. What began as a masonry-focused operation is now known throughout the Rocky Mountain Region for a full range of exterior building services, including stucco, EIFS, WRB systems, and siding. The company's reputation for craftsmanship and reliability has only deepened with time.
In 2020, Brian welcomed longtime friend and colleague Daniel Feely as a partner and Vice President of Barnes Construction. Both Brian and Daniel are journeyman masons at their core, and that foundation continues to shape the company's identity. The Barnes Construction story is still being written, with the next chapter already underway.
